Thirty-one talented Waco Knitters & Crocheters were at the March 28th meetup. Door prizes were won by 2/3 of the gorup. Thank you Amanda, Christina, Dottie & Laura. Those participating in the Leprechaun Swap were in awe of the creativity of the reuse, recycle, repurpose gift swap.
Our next meetup is WK&C Sip, Sup & Knit at Alpha Omega on Thursday April 4th at 5pm.

Eighteen completed (& a few still in progress) Knit-Along Sweet November Knit Shawls and Crochet-Along Desert Wind Scarves were hand crafted by Waco Knitters & Crocheters in the month of May. Thanks to all who participated and we hope you challenged yourself and learned a bit. And we all appreciate Ivonne for pattern selection, samples, encouragement and ideas as well as the yummy yarn participation prizes! Woot!
Providence Hospital held a Knitter’s Reception May 4th and Waco Knitters & Crocheters hand crafted and delivered 202 baby hats, 5 NICU squares and 7 baby blankets to the hospital’s local newborns. Thank you to all who participate in this worthy (and stash busting) effort!!
